Registration Account

Signing up on ek11 is quick and easy. On the Registration page Enter your full name, mobile number, email, and password. Verify the OTP sent to your mobile and your account will be activated. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes.

Full name, a Bangladeshi mobile number (01X-XXXXXXXX), email address, and a strong password. You must also be 18 or older and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

No. ek11's policy allows each person to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" button. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Verify the OTP and set a new password.

You can update your email and password from Profile Settings after logging in. To change your mobile number, contact support at support@ek11.biz.
